Practicing law since the 1970s, Michael R. Levine had a long and distinguished career as a federal public defender before he transitioned to private practice in 2002. Matthew McHenry originally joined as an associate in 2004 and became a full partner in 2010 when the current firm of Levine & McHenry was formed. Mark Kimbrell joined the firm as Of Counsel in 2022. Located in downtown Portland, we primarily serve Multnomah County, Washington County and Clackamas County, but we regularly represent clients in surrounding jurisdictions and every corner of Oregon.
